Membership
Big Dog Club ("we") provides access to the Big Dog Club website and The Clubhouse. You may create one or more accounts for your own use, keep your sign-in details private, and provide information that is accurate enough for the account to work. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass security controls; impersonate another person; interfere with another member; upload harmful code; or use the Clubhouse to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
Virtual items
Bones, digital toys, house items, badges, and other virtual items are features of the Clubhouse. They have no cash value, are not money, and cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred for cash. We may adjust, suspend, or remove virtual items and game features as the service changes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We may update these terms when the service changes; the date above will show when the current version took effect.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access when an account breaks these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or when we need to protect the service and its members. Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice. Ending access may remove access to associated game progress and virtual items.
